If I change something about my repeater (new location, increase power, better antenna, etc) after coordination, do I have to notify WAR?

Yes.  Even seemingly minor changes can affect other coordinated repeaters in and around your area.  In order to ensure that no interference is caused your frequency pair may need to change.
